At farawayfish.com the security of your account and details is our top priority, that's why we have developed the multi tiered security requirements shown below, so you can be sure you're account will never be triggered accidentally.

This is the most important security on your account, the people you choose as your trusted informers, you literally must trust with your life. We will send them instructions, but it would be advisable for you to talk to them as well, and explain why you chose them.

Note: you can change your informers any time you want.

We will contact you 5 times by email over an 18 day period ( +SMS for STAR package subscribers)

We will email your informers, using the address(s) you give us. They are sent a password and a secure link. Only by clicking on the link can they access the informer area of the site, where they are again warned not to input their details unless you die.

Note: we send your informers reminder instructions every 6 months

It takes 2 informers to click their secure link and input their password, before we allow any of your details to go out.

Note: We still go through all the security checks and time lag, even after 2 informers have told us you are dead

As soon as one informer triggers your account, we will automatically email all other informers in your list and tell them that your account has been triggered. If this is wrong, and you are not dead, informers are instructed to contact you immediately .

Note: Informers can't actually stop your emails or website going live - only you can do that.

Star package users will also receive 2 sms warnings if their account has been triggered. These sms/text are premium routed and should reach you anywhere in the world, as long as you have your phone on, and have roaming (if outside your own country)

So, as you can see, even if an informer sets of your account, you as well as all your other informers are told about it, (and it need 2 informers to fully trigger your account).

So it is impossible that informers can trigger your account by accident, without you knowing.
